SHIPPING
We strive to fulfill and ship orders within one business day of receipt of payment for your order. Orders are done as they are received and in most cases if your order is placed by 1:00 P.M Mountain Standard time (excluding Saturday and Sunday) it will go out the same day. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Buhl, ID. We regret that we cannot be responsible for delays incurred by shipping companies, customs, or agricultural authorities, weather and other outside bureaucracies.
We ship Worldwide via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail and UPS. The following are typical transit times*
USPS Priority 2 to 4 days (USA) : 2 to 5 days (Canda)
UPS Ground USA & Canada – approximately 2 to 7 days
*Transit time does not include any time necessary for customs & agriculture clearance to destinations outside the USA. This will vary shipment by shipment.
USA Overnight Shipping & Handling – Please understand that choosing the Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sundays. Overnight orders placed on Friday will not be received until Monday or Tuesday depending on what time they are received on Friday. However, overnight orders are put ahead of the rest of the orders received that day.
2-day Express Mail ordered on Thursday or Friday will not be received until Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
BACK ORDERS
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
ORDER STATUS INQUIRIES
Upon completion of your order, a screen will appear that confirms your order. In addition, an e-mail confirmation, with a summary of your order and order number will be sent.
SHIPPING STATUS
Contact us at info@silverliningherbs.com, or call us at Toll Free 866-543-6956. Or, you can view your order's status by logging into your account on our web site, and clicking 'My Order's under the 'My Profile' section.
LOST MERCHANDISE
If you do not receive your package in a timely manner and think it has been lost, contact us at 866/543-6956 and we will give you your tracking number and track it for you. If it shows that it has been delivered then it becomes your responsibility to take the tracking number and find it by inquiring at your Post Office or with UPS. If for some reason it shows that it has not been delivered than we will resend your order to you again with no charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You need to call the corporate office at 866-543-6956 to receive an authorization number. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Special orders and custom merchandise may not be returned if opened and will be charged a restocking fee.
Please Note: For returns/exchanges you may send the item back to our headquarters and upon receipt we will send your replacement out –OR- you may prepay for the replacement unit to have it shipped out immediately. Upon receipt of the item being returned we will credit your card for the amount.
