SilverLiningHerbs.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, and VISA. No COD's.

6.0% only charged to Idaho residents.

SHIPPING
We strive to fulfill and ship orders within one business day of receipt of payment for your order. Orders are done as they are received and in most cases if your order is placed by 1:00 P.M Mountain Standard time (excluding Saturday and Sunday) it will go out the same day. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Buhl, ID. We cannot be responsible for delays incurred by shipping companies, customs, or agricultural authorities, weather and other outside bureaucracies.

We ship Worldwide via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail and UPS. The following are typical transit times*
USPS Priority 2 to 4 days (USA) : 2 to 5 days (Canada)
UPS Ground USA & Canada – approximately 2 to 7 days
*Transit time does not include any time necessary for customs & agriculture clearance to destinations outside the USA. This will vary shipment by shipment.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling – Please understand that choosing the Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sundays. Overnight orders placed on Friday will not be received until Monday or Tuesday depending on what time they are received on Friday. However, overnight orders are put ahead of the rest of the orders received that day.
2-day Express Mail ordered on Thursday or Friday will not be received until Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

BACK ORDERS
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

ORDER STATUS INQUIRIES
Upon completion of your order, a screen will appear that confirms your order. In addition, an e-mail confirmation, with a summary of your order and order number will be sent.

LOST MERCHANDISE
If you do not receive your package in a timely manner and think it has been lost, contact us at 866/543-6956 and we will give you your tracking number and track it for you. If it shows that it has been delivered then it becomes your responsibility to take the tracking number and find it by inquiring at your Post Office or with UPS. Packages lost by delivery services will be resent at no charge to the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Overview
Silver Lining Herbs is proud to offer only the highest quality products with exceptional customer service. Years of successful use of our products by ourselves and our customers give us confidence that they work. Our horse and dog products are 100% herbs without fillers or additives and will take some time supporting your animals natural healing process. Therefore, we ask that you use the product for at least 30 to 60 days to see its potential. We understand at times returns are necessary and we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges
Items returned in new, unused condition within 15 business days of purchase are eligible for a full refund less shipping and handling. Items returned in new, unused condition after 15 business days and before 180 calendar days are eligible for a refund less a 15% return processing fee and shipping and handling. Refunds will be funded when product is received and its condition is verified adequate for restock. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We cannot accept returns on purchases more than 6 months old, sales receipts are necessary for verification. New unused products may be returned for account credit or exchange of another product within 6 months of the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be credited on account and the customer is responsible for shipping and handling both ways on exchanges. Custom orders, gels, salve and oils are not eligible for returns.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Product
If items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, report the problem within 5 days to customer service at 1-866-543-6956. We will file a claim with the shipping company, finish the order or replace damaged product as quickly as possible for you. If delivery is verified to your door by the shipper it is your responsibility, please make sure to advise us if you do not want the shipper to deliver when no one is available to receive the package.

International Orders and Customs Fees
For international orders, there may be customs fees levied on packages, as well as additional package tracking fees. Silver Lining Herbs is not responsible for these fees, and if a package is refused or undeliverable any customs fees paid upon return or tracking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Undeliverable or Refused Product
Product sent back to Silver Lining Herbs as undeliverable or refused will be credited back less a 15% return processing fee and shipping and handling. We must have an accurate deliverable address to send our product to. We will make every effort to contact you for further instructions.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If after using the product according to label instructions you are not satisfied that it performed as well as it should have, please call customer service at 1-866-543-6956. We would like to discuss your pets needs as well as our products. Feedback of this nature is very important to us and helps us serve you better. Our customer service representatives will work with you to determine what we can do for you in the best interest of your pet and to see that you are 100% satisfied. When returning product we strongly recommend that you require a delivery signature or insure the package and get a tracking number. We cannot refund, exchange, or credit for damaged packages or packages that we do not receive when the customer cannot verify delivery.
