#10 Foundation is recommended for all dogs to support normal health and vitality. Food sources for all of us – human, horse and dog alike – have declined in richness and diversity, so there is a need to replace basic, vital nutrients with a quality, well-rounded foundational product. #10 Foundation does just this for dogs, and is the base upon which all Silver Lining canine formulas are built. In other words, always use #10 Foundation, and if your dog needs help with specific issues, add the other formulas as required.
The exception to this rule is #20 Keep Cool which will be most effective when used alone.
Each bottle of #10 Foundation contains 90 capsules or 4oz powder. Inside each you’ll find a precise, consistent, and powdered blend of the following herbs (in alphabetical order): Ashwagandha, Dandelion, Echinacea, Flax Seed, Milk Thistle, Panax Ginseng, Psyllium, and Slippery Elm.

Small dogs up to 40 pounds, give 1 capsule daily, 1 bottle equals 3 month supply.
Medium dogs 40-75 pounds, give 2 capsules daily, 1 bottle equals 2 month supply.
Large dogs over 75 pounds, give 3 capsules daily, 1 bottle equals 1 month supply.
Powder:
Small dogs up to 25 pounds, give 1/4 scoop daily, 1 bottle equals 16 month supply, approximately.
Dogs 26-50 pounds, give 1/2 scoop daily, 1 bottle equals 8 month supply, approximately.
Dogs 51-100 pounds, give 3/4 scoop daily, 1 bottle equals 5 month supply, approximately.
Dogs over 100 pounds, give 1 scoop daily, 1 bottle equals 4 month supply, approximately.
