Items returned in new, unused condition within 15 business days of purchase are eligible for a full refund less shipping and handling. Items returned in new, unused condition after 15 business days of purchase and before 180 calendar days are eligible for a refund less a 15% return processing fee and shipping and handling. Refunds will be funded when product is received and its condition is verified adequate for restock. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We cannot accept returns on purchases more than 6 months old. Gels, salve, and oil are not eligible for returns.

Upon completion of your order, a screen will appear that confirms your order. In addition, an e-mail confirmation, with a summary of your order and order number will be sent.
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
Please understand that choosing the Overnight option does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sundays. Overnight orders placed on Friday will not be received until Monday or Tuesday depending on what time they are received on Friday. However, overnight orders are put ahead of the rest of the orders received that day.
We strive to fulfill and ship orders within one business day of receipt of payment for your order. Orders are done as they are received and in most cases if your order is placed by 1:00 P.M Mountain Standard time (excluding Saturday and Sunday) it will go out the same day. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Buhl, ID. We cannot be responsible for delays incurred by shipping companies, customs, or agricultural authorities, weather and other outside bureaucracies.
We ship Worldwide via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail and UPS. The following are typical transit times*
USPS Priority 2 to 4 days (USA) : 2 to 5 days (Canada)
UPS Ground USA & Canada: approximately 2 to 7 days
*Transit time does not include any time necessary for customs & agriculture clearance to destinations outside the USA. This will vary shipment by shipment.
