Hey guys! My name is Jessica Montgomery and I’ve been working for Silver Lining Herbs for a little over seven months as a videographer. Once a month I am going to update you on what videos we will be doing next! We’ll give you sneak peaks, as well as a little more detail about the happenings behind the scenes. Make sure you don’t miss our blog, and sign up to be notified by email every time we post something new!
We finished out 2015 with 10 days of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, NV. This year we tried to spit out two videos a day. This was a TON of work. Between videoing, editing, and trying to find good enough Wi-Fi to post, we were busy. I pulled some late nights editing, and sometimes turned around the next morning to video barrel racing practice at 5:30 a.m. One of our videos featuring Sherry Cervi at barrel racing practice had a reach of over 500,000! That was incredible.
We are already starting to plan videos for the 2016 WNFR! If there are videos you would like to see next year, comment below or shoot me an email, I’d love to hear from you! email@example.com
2016 started off with a bang and a video that I have been so anxious to post; “When I am Old”. We shot this video on a cool, fall morning in Jardbidge, Nevada. The shots we were able to get had nothing to do with our awesome camera and everything to do with God’s hand in nature. It was BEAUTIFUL there and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting, or a better actress. Kim Brackett, you were wonderful.
We have some fun videos coming up in the next couple of months:
– Silver Lining Herbs’ 17th Anniversary!
– Interview with Dan and Kalena Webb and how ranching and rodeo for them is a way of life.
– Featured product of the month – Kolic Eaz (One of our most popular products and something that many of our customers say they won’t go anywhere without)
– Interview with Stevie Brown, an up and coming barrel racer with enough determination to help her achieve anything.
Stay tuned for more updates! And if you have a video YOU would like to see, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Until next time! – Jess
