Boneset Used to increase blood flow to the periosteum, which is the fibrous membrane covering the surface of the bones. Decreases bone and muscle pain, stimulates immunity. Contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, Vitamins C and B-complex

Butcher’s Broom – Improves circulation and has anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties. Contains calcium, iron, manganese, niacin, potassium, selenium, sodium, zinc, Vitamins A, B1, B2, and C.

Dandelion – high in calcium and other minerals to help build strong bones including potassium, manganese, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, and phosphorus. Also contains Vitamin K, which is a key actor in bone mineralization and blood clotting and is key for bone mineral density.

Garlic – Antibacterial and antifungal and helps minimize bone density loss. Contains calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulfur, Vitamins A, B-complex, and C.
