The herbs in Mare Fertility work together to support the female system in preparation for the breeding season, effective to the point it may be beneficial to mares deemed barren by supporting conception via a normal healthy hormone balance. This same combination may be beneficial to all mares natural ability to deal with hormonal changes. This product may be beneficial in:

  • Mare who won’t settle
  • Supporting a healthy reproductive system
  • Cranky, mean “Mare-ness”, whether in season or not. 

Note: This product contains Black Cohosh and should not be used on mares that are in the third trimester of pregnancy as this may cause hemorrhage during the foaling. -This product contains Valerian Root, which is a prohibited substance on some venue testing requirements

    Helps promote the growth of healthy tissue. It is used to rid the body of toxins.  It can also improve cardiovascular and nervous systems and enhance mental alertness. High in iodine.

  • Red Raspberry

    Supports the uterus and hormone levels.

  • Sarsaparilla

    Sarsaparilla

    Aids in the production of testosterone and progesterone.  It also stimulates metabolism, aids digestion, and improves appetite.  Research shows that it contains diuretic activity and increases the elimination of chlorides and uric acid.  Sarsaparilla also stimulates breathing when congestion occurs and helps purify the blood.

    The mucilage coats the lining of the esophagus, stomach, and intestines, which can ease both diarrhea and constipation. Also, soothes the respiratory system, has mild anti-inflammatory properties, and has prebiotic properties.

    Used for relieving high blood pressure and heart problems because it equalizes circulation, as well as helping with asthma and bronchial issues.  It is used as an antidote for snakebites and to treat hormonal imbalances.  It is also used to treat all types of inflammation.

  • Goldenseal

    Goldenseal

    Kills worms, bad bacteria and protozoan while increasing bile flow peristalsis.
Recommended use
1 level scoop per day for 1000-1200 lb horse. There are approximately 60 scoops per bag.
