In December of 2018 when she was 2, she got really sick. First presented as bloat, but kept eating and having regular bowel movements. We immediately put her on immune support, then off to the Vet, where a complete battery of tests were done, but the only thing that showed off was her WBC count. Being an intact female, vets thought possible pyometra, but that wasn’t it either. We ended up doing an exploratory surgery to find out that her liver was crumbling. We were given the likely prognosis, and that she would have to be medicated for the rest of her life. Well being a big believer in SLH, I declined the medication to give SLH Liver support a chance to work. Well, to no surprise it did. A month later we had a very happy, healthy Rottweiler with normal blood tests. She’s 5 now.
