Garlic

Contains calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulfur, Vitamins A, B-complex, and C.
Cascara
Mild laxative, increases intestinal motility, good for the gallbladder. Contains calcium, chlorine, iron, magnesium, manganese, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, sodium, vitamins A, B-complex, and C.
Clove
Contains compounds that travel through the blood to eliminate parasites.
Kelp
Used for the high Iodine content along with folate, magnesium, iron, calcium, Vitamins A and K1.
